A key milestone in the digital transformation of the MSIN group
Migrating to SAP S/4HANA is of strategic importance for organizations, as it ensures long-term operational stability, access to the latest security and legally required updates, and a modern technological foundation for further development.
The MSIN group therefore decided on a gradual transition of all its companies from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The goal of the project was to establish a unified, stable and modern ERP platform that supports the group’s continued growth in international markets.
As the first company in the group, Donit TESNIT d.o.o. successfully completed the migration, laying the groundwork for the further rollout of SAP S/4HANA in the group’s other companies.
Donit as the first successfully delivered project
The project was delivered within a short timeframe and with minimal impact on end users. Close collaboration between the internal teams, management and project partners enabled a controlled and stable transition to the new platform.
The new ERP platform enables the company to:
- process data and report in real time
- gain greater business transparency and decision support
- standardize and optimize business processes
- maintain a long-term stable ERP environment for further growth
A reference model for the entire MSIN group.
The project at Donit marks an important milestone on the group’s digital transformation journey. The experience gained, the processes established and the validated approach form a solid basis for the further rollout of SAP S/4HANA across the group’s other companies.
The successfully delivered project confirms that even complex ERP transitions can be carried out deliberately, in a controlled way and without disruption to operations.
A partnership with clear added value
PROCESSI took part in the project as the implementation partner for the migration to SAP S/4HANA.
With a structured approach, a clear methodology and a deep understanding of industrial processes, together with the Donit team we ensured a stable delivery of the transition and the long-term sustainability of the solution.
The key to success was not technology alone, but the close collaboration of the project team, management and key users throughout the entire project.
