Last updated: april 2026
1. General
These general terms of business ("terms") govern the use of this website and the business relationship between visitors or clients and PROCESSI d.o.o., with its registered office at Dunajska cesta 160, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 5443458000, VAT number: SI36731498 (hereinafter "PROCESSI" or "the provider"). The terms are prepared in accordance with the Slovenian Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), the Obligations Code (OZ), the GDPR and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2). By using the website you agree to these terms.
2. Our activity and services
PROCESSI is a partner for SAP solutions: consulting, implementation, migrations, upgrades, custom development and long-term support of business processes in the SAP environment. This website is informational; it does not allow online ordering or purchase of services. The specific scope, terms and price of each service are agreed individually.
3. Use of the website
Users agree to use the website in accordance with applicable law and these terms, and not to:
- interfere with the operation of the website or its infrastructure,
- distribute malicious software,
- collect personal data of other users,
- use the website for unlawful purposes.
4. Enquiries, offers and formation of contract
You may submit an enquiry via the contact form or by email. Based on your enquiry, PROCESSI prepares an individual offer. An offer is not binding until a written contract or written order confirmation is concluded. The mutual rights and obligations (scope of work, timelines, price, payment terms) are defined in the specific service contract; in the event of any conflict between the contract and these terms, the contract prevails.
5. Prices and payment
Service prices are set individually according to the scope and complexity of the project and are defined in the offer or contract. Unless agreed otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT, which is charged at the applicable rate. Payment terms are set out in the contract or on the issued invoice.
6. Event registration
PROCESSI occasionally organises free professional events and webinars. Registration is made via the form on the website. Registration is binding as a seat reservation; you may cancel your attendance no later than 48 hours before the event, unless stated otherwise for a specific event. The processing of registrants’ personal data is described in the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, source code) is the property of PROCESSI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property law. Copying, reproduction or distribution without the provider’s prior written consent is prohibited. SAP and related marks are trademarks of SAP SE; PROCESSI is an independent SAP partner.
8. Limitation of liability
The content on the website is informational. PROCESSI strives for accuracy and timeliness but does not warrant the completeness or suitability of the information for a particular purpose. PROCESSI is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability in respect of services performed is governed by the individual contract.
9. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of PROCESSI. PROCESSI is not responsible for their content or policies.
10. Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy. You have the right of access, rectification and erasure of your data, and other rights under the GDPR and ZVOP-2.
11. Dispute resolution, governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the business relationship are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The parties shall seek to resolve any disputes amicably; failing that, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the provider’s registered office shall have jurisdiction. Where the client is a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions also apply, and the consumer may resolve a dispute via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes to the terms
PROCESSI reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. A contract already concluded is governed by the terms in force at the time of its conclusion.
